Richfield Financial Services Allots ₹14.11 Cr NCDs

Richfield Financial Services Ltd announced the allotment of 14,110 Secured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) Series VI on a private placement basis. The total issue size is ₹1,41,10,000 (₹14.11 Crore). These NCDs are secured and will constitute direct obligations of the company, backed by a first-ranking pari passu charge on all movable assets. The Finance Committee meeting where the allotment was approved concluded on October 3, 2026. The NCDs are not proposed to be listed on any stock exchange.
