Richfield Financial Services Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Richfield Financial Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will be shut from October 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30th, 2026. During this period, all directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading the company's equity shares.
