Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Taral Shah as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for five years from August 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
