Rnit Ai Solutions Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Yalamanchili as Vice President – Project Delivery, designated as Senior Management Personnel. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 03, 2026, and is effective from the same date. Mr. Yalamanchili brings approximately 20 years of experience in Program and Delivery Management, with expertise in leading large-scale transformation programs and managing global delivery operations across multiple countries. His appointment is in line with SEBI Listing Regulations.
