Robokidz Eduventures Sells YEA Mundhwa Centre for ₹17.78 Lacs

Robokidz Eduventures Ltd announced board approval for the sale and transfer of its YEA Mundhwa Activity Centre to its wholly owned subsidiary, Robokidz Retail Private Limited. This move is part of a business restructuring to consolidate operations under the subsidiary. The YEA Mundhwa Activity Centre generated Nil revenue in FY26 as it was under construction. The sale consideration is ₹17,77,866.10 (₹17.78 Lacs) on a cost basis. The transaction is expected to be completed by October 30, 2026, and is considered a related party transaction conducted on an arm's-length basis.
