JK Agri Genetics Sells Leasehold Rights for ₹19.80 Crore

JK Agri Genetics Ltd has approved the transfer of its leasehold rights for approximately 5.28 acres of non-operational land in Telangana to Sai Life Sciences Limited for a total consideration of ₹19.80 crore. This transaction is aimed at monetizing the asset, strengthening the company's cash flow, and optimizing financial resources. The land generated no revenue in the last financial year. The transfer is expected to be completed within one month. Sai Life Sciences Limited is not a related party to JK Agri Genetics, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction. The sale does not fall under a Scheme of Arrangement and does not attract regulation 37A of LODR Regulations as it does not constitute an undertaking.
