Robust Hotels Promoter Acquires 11.72% via Gift

Robust Hotels Ltd announced a significant share acquisition by its promoter, Arun Kumar Saraf. The acquisition involves 20,26,520 equity shares, representing 11.72% of the total share capital, transferred by way of gift from Mrs. Ratna Saraf. This inter-se transfer among promoters is exempted from open offer requirements under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The transaction is slated for completion on or before June 30, 2026. Following the transfer, the promoter group's total shareholding will increase to 53.91%.
