Rodium Realty Board Approves Q4/FY26 Results, Reappoints Auditors

Rodium Realty Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kaushal Doshi of M/s. Kaushal Doshi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY2026-27 and M/s. K. K. Mankeshwar & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY2026-27. The trading window for company shares will open from May 30, 2026, for designated personnel.
