Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 9, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at Vallabh Vidyanagar-388120. In addition, the company has informed that the trading windows for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results to the public. The designated persons, KMPs of the company and their relatives are also being informed not to trade in the securities of the company during the closure of the trading window.
