Roopshri Resorts Ltd has announced the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 02:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will transact ordinary business, including the consideration and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the appointment of a director in place of Mr. Shreyas Shah. Additionally, the AGM will consider special business, such as the re-appointment of Mrs. Sonakshi Shah as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and the change in designation of Mr. Shreyas Shah from Whole-Time Director to Managing Director.
