The collaboration is expected to drive Rose Merc's business expansion, enhance its market presence, and generate additional revenue streams within the industrial technology segment. CATS Eco Systems has appointed Rose Merc as its Lead Partner for marketing and sales, with Rose Merc handling business development and lead generation, while CATS will manage manufacturing and technical support. The agreement is valid for five years and does not involve any change in the management or control of Rose Merc Limited.
