Harsh Mohan Gupta & Son HUF Sells 4% Stake in Rossell Techsys

Harsh Mohan Gupta & Son HUF, a promoter group entity of Rossell Techsys Limited, has disclosed the sale of 15,07,849 equity shares, representing 4.00% of the total share capital, through a block deal on July 31, 2026. The transaction was executed on the open market. Following the sale, the HUF's shareholding in Rossell Techsys has reduced from 7.62% (28,75,180 shares) to 3.62% (13,67,331 shares). The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 7,53,92,950, comprising 3,76,96,475 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
