Rossell Techsys Issues Corrigendum to EGM Notice for Preferential Issue

Rossell Techsys Limited has issued a corrigendum to its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice. This amendment is in response to observations from stock exchanges regarding the company's application for in-principle approval for a preferential issue of 25,72,898 equity shares.
