Rossell Techsys Promoter Group Sells 4.9% Stake via Block Deal

Rossell Techsys Limited announced that certain members of its Promoter Group sold an aggregate of 18,47,117 equity shares, representing approximately 4.9% of the paid-up equity share capital, through a block deal on July 31, 2026. The shares were sold to Kotak Mutual Fund. The sellers were Harsh Mohan Gupta & Sons (HUF) and Mr. Rishab Mohan Gupta. The total value of the transaction was ₹166.24 crore. This transaction involved the transfer of existing shares and did not result in any change to the company's paid-up share capital.
