Rossell Techsys: Promoter Group Share Gifted, No Change in Holding

Rossell Techsys Ltd has announced an inter-se transfer of shares by way of gift from promoter Mr. Harsh Mohan Gupta to two family trusts: Harsh Samara Gupta Trust and Harsh Rishab Gupta Trust. A total of 200 shares were transferred (100 to each trust). The company clarified that this is an off-market transaction without consideration and represents an internal restructuring within the promoter group. Crucially, there is no change in the overall shareholding or control of the Promoter and Promoter Group, as the beneficiaries of the trusts are existing promoter group members. The total promoter holding remains at 74.80%.
