RSD Finance Board Meeting on Aug 11 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

RSD Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2026. The results will cover both standalone and consolidated figures for FY 2026-27. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results declaration, in compliance with its Insider Trading Code.
