RSWM Ltd Executes Joint Venture Agreement for Denim Facility

RSWM Ltd has executed a Joint Venture Agreement with NDS9 Private Limited for setting up a Denim Garment facility. The project has an estimated cost of ₹186.30 crore. RSWM Ltd will hold a 74% stake, and NDS9 will hold 26% in the joint venture company. The initial paid-up share capital will be ₹1.00 crore, with RSWM contributing ₹74.00 lakh and NDS9 contributing ₹26.00 lakh. Funding for the project will be a mix of equity (30%) and term loans (70%). The joint venture company is currently under incorporation, and further disclosures will be made upon its completion.
