RSWM Ltd Forms JV with Spain's Noize Design Studio for Industry 5.0 Garment Facility
RSWM Limited has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Spain-based Noize Design Studio (NDS9) to establish LNJ NDS9 Global Private Limited. This joint venture will create India's first Next-Generation Industry 5.0 green garment manufacturing platform, focusing on premium denim and activewear for international brands. RSWM will hold a 74% equity stake, with NDS9 holding 26%. The initial investment for Phase 1 is approximately INR 186 crore, aiming for a capacity of 500,000 denim garments per month. Phase 2 will expand capacity to 1.5 million garments per month. The facility will integrate advanced automation, AI, and sustainability principles. RSWM will manage manufacturing and operations, while NDS9 will lead design, marketing, and international business development.
