The cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-voting is September 17, 2026. The record date for dividend payment is also September 17, 2026. E-voting will commence on September 21, 2026, and conclude on September 23, 2026. The book closure for the AGM and final dividend declaration will be from September 18, 2026, to September 24, 2026.
