S H Kelkar Senior Management Reshuffle: Kulkarni Resigns, Mishra Appointed

S H Kelkar and Company Ltd announced changes in its senior management. Mr. Vivek Kulkarni, Executive Vice President – Ingredients Division, has resigned to pursue other professional interests, with his last day being September 30, 2026. Concurrently, the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Mishra as Vice President – Sales & Ingredients Division, effective October 01, 2026. Mr. Mishra, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Calcutta, brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles, including Business Head and P&L accountability. This change is part of a reorganization within the Group.
