S H Kelkar: Vivek Kulkarni Resigns, Rajeev Mishra Appointed

S H Kelkar and Company Ltd announced changes in its senior management. Mr. Vivek Kulkarni has resigned as Executive Vice President – Ingredients Division, effective September 30, 2026, to pursue other professional interests. Concurrently, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Mishra as Vice President – Sales & Ingredients Division, effective October 01, 2026. Mr. Mishra, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Calcutta, brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles, including P&L accountability and strategy development. He is not related to any director of the company.
