S. M. Gold Ltd: Director Re-appointment for 5 Years

S. M. Gold Ltd announced the Board of Directors' approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Girishchandra Madhavlal Patel as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, from October 1, 2026, to October 1, 2031. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Patel, who has been an Independent Director since January 11, 2021, possesses extensive knowledge of the Jewellery Business. He is not debarred from holding directorship by any regulatory authority.
