S. M. Gold Ltd Reappoints Girishchandra Patel as Independent Director

S. M. Gold Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Girishchandra Madhavlal Patel as an Independent Director for a second term of five years. The approval was granted by the members at the 9th Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026. His new term will commence from October 1, 2026, and conclude on October 1, 2031. Mr. Patel, with a Matriculation qualification and extensive experience in the jewellery business, has been serving as an independent director since January 11, 2021. The re-appointment was recommended by the Board of Directors and complies with relevant company and SEBI regulations. He holds no directorships or committee memberships in other listed companies and has no shares in S. M. Gold Ltd. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any authority.
