Arur Footwear Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q1 2026 Results

Arur Footwear Ltd (Formerly Known as S R Industries Limited) has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated separately.
