S V Global Mill Appoints New Statutory Auditors

S V Global Mill Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Senthil Kumar and Sundararajan, Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. S. Viswanathan LLP. The new auditors will serve from July 3, 2026, until the conclusion of the 19th AGM. Furthermore, they are appointed for a term of five consecutive years, from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The firm, founded in 2007, has its headquarters in Sivakasi and offices in Chennai, Tiruppur, and Pondicherry.
