Saatvik Green Energy Ltd announced that its subsidiary, formerly "Melcon Transformers and Electrical Private Limited" and recently renamed "Saatvik Transvolt Solutions Private Limited", has officially converted from a private limited company to a public limited company. This conversion is effective from September 28, 2026. Following the conversion, the subsidiary's name has been updated to "Saatvik Transvolt Solutions Limited" in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs records. The new Corporate Identification Number (CIN) for the subsidiary is U31102RJ2005PLC020217. This change signifies a structural shift for the subsidiary within the Saatvik group.
