SAB Events seeks 45-day AGM extension

SAB Events & Governance Now Media Ltd's Board of Directors has approved a proposal to seek a further 45-day extension from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai-I, for holding its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This extension is necessitated by ongoing corporate actions, including capital reduction, allotment of post-capital reduction equity shares, and activation of a new ISIN, as part of the Resolution Plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The company has already received a previous 45-day extension from the Registrar of Companies.
