Arigato Universe Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1, H1 & FY 2026 Results

Arigato Universe Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from 01 April, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter, half year, and year ended 31 March, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be intimated separately.
