Sacheta Metals Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Sacheta Metals Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, during a meeting held on September 2, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Murali & Venkat. The new auditors will serve until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and have also been recommended for a five-year term starting from the 36th AGM until the 41st AGM in 2031. The Board also approved the Directors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and set the 36th AGM for September 30, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026, for the AGM.
