Sachin Agarwal Acquires 8 Lakh Shares in Sampann Utpadan

Sachin Agarwal, identified as part of the promoter group, has acquired 8,00,000 equity shares in Sampann Utpadan India Ltd through the preferential allotment of equity shares on conversion of warrants. This acquisition, dated August 4, 2026, increased his total shareholding to 92,75,837 shares, representing 18.14% of the total diluted share capital. The transaction was executed via preferential allotment of equity shares on conversion of convertible warrants. The total equity share capital of the company increased from Rs. 48.81 crore to Rs. 51.11 crore post-acquisition.
