Crystal Business System Appoints New Director, One Resigns

Crystal Business System Ltd announced changes in its board composition. Mr. Ankit Kakran has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent) effective August 10, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Arpan Gupta has resigned from his position as Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent), also effective August 10, 2026. Both appointments and resignations are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Kakran brings over 12 years of experience in finance and marketing and is not related to any existing promoters or directors. Mr. Gupta's resignation is due to personal and unavoidable circumstances.
