Saffron Industries Closes Trading Window Due to Insider Trading Rules

Saffron Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. The trading window will be shut from October 15, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. All designated persons, directors, employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares during this period.
