Saffron Industries Ltd. has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST at its registered office in Nagpur. The meeting will cover the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26 and the re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Sinha as a Director. The Integrated Annual Report, including the notice and financial statements, will be sent via email to registered members. The company is also facilitating remote e-voting from September 21 to September 23, 2026, and voting by poll paper at the venue. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 17 to September 24, 2026.
