Sagarsoft (India) Ltd has re-appointed Smt. Keerthi Anantha (DIN 09379678) as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective from November 10, 2026. The re-appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors, is subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting.
