This acquisition, achieved through share purchase and subscription agreements, now gives Aeroflex Neu a 51.01% stake in Stilonn, making it a subsidiary. The move is strategic, aligning with Aeroflex Neu's initiative to establish an integrated platform for high-tech and critical engineering solutions within the AI Infra and Data Centre sector.
