Aeroflex Neu to acquire Stilonn Valves, making it a subsidiary

Aeroflex Neu Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the further acquisition of 7,27,040 equity shares of Stilonn Valves and Controls Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of ₹16,00,21,504/- (₹16.00 Crore). Stilonn is engaged in manufacturing precision engineering products for the AI Infra, Data Centre, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors. This acquisition, which will increase Aeroflex Neu's shareholding from 19.58% to 51.01%, will result in Stilonn becoming a subsidiary. The acquisition is part of Aeroflex Neu's strategy to expand into high-tech engineering solutions and is expected to be completed within 60 days.
