Aeroflex Neu Ltd Enters AI Infrastructure Sector

Aeroflex Neu Ltd announced its board has approved a strategic move into the AI Infrastructure sector. The company plans to establish an integrated platform for high-tech and critical engineering products, including precision industrial items like valves and wires. This expansion will be pursued through greenfield projects, acquisitions, and other methods. The board also approved altering the objects of a preferential issue to fund this new venture and amending the company's Memorandum of Association. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) will be convened on October 22, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these significant changes.
