Sahara Maritime Ltd. Announces Changes in Object Clause, Managerial Remuneration, and Director Appointment

Sahara Maritime Ltd. has announced several changes at their board meeting held on February 16, 2026. The changes include the addition of a new clause to the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association, a revision in managerial remuneration for the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Sohrab Rustom Sayed, and a revision in remuneration for the Executive Director, Mr. Nadeem Aboobakar Hira. Furthermore, the designation of Mr. Khalid Sohrab Sayed has been changed from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director. These changes are subject to the approval of shareholders in an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for March 11, 2026.
