Sahara Maritime Ltd. Announces EGM to Amend Main Object Clause and Approve Managerial Remuneration Revision

Sahara Maritime Ltd., formerly known as Sahara Maritime Pvt. Ltd., has scheduled an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on March 11, 2026. The agenda includes amending the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association and revising the remuneration of the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Sohrab Rustom Sayed, and Executive Director, Mr. Nadeem Aboobakar Hira. The EGM will also consider changing the designation of Mr. Khalid Sohrab Sayed from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director.
