Sahara Maritime Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
