Sai Parenterals Limited's Australian subsidiary, Noumed Pharmaceuticals, has renewed its Over-The-Counter (OTC) Medicines Supply Agreement with a leading Australian pharmacy network. The 3-year deal is valued at AUD 30 million (approximately INR 204 crore) and includes an expanded product portfolio. Noumed will manage the full value chain, from manufacturing to distribution, under the pharmacy chain's own brand. This renewal enhances Sai Parenterals' earnings visibility and strengthens its position in regulated international markets. Combined with a previous renewal, the Australian OTC book now totals AUD 232 million (approx. INR 1,506 crore). The company plans to transition production in-house as its facilities commission, shifting from distribution margins to manufacturing margins.
