Ekta Sindhu Acquires 0.06% Stake in Sainik Finance

Ekta Sindhu, a member of the Promoter and Promoter's Group of Sainik Finance & Industries Limited (SFIL), has acquired 6,200 equity shares, representing 0.06% of the total share capital. The acquisition was made through an off-market transaction via inter-se transfer of shares among promoter group members. Following this transaction, Ekta Sindhu's total shareholding in SFIL has increased from 1.74% to 1.80%. The total equity share capital of SFIL remains Rs. 10,88,00,000/-.
