Saint Gobain Sekurit India Appoints Vidya Shankar as New CFO

Saint Gobain Sekurit India Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer role during a Board of Directors meeting held on June 18, 2026. Mr. Senthil Nathan Seetharama Gurukkal resigned from his position as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel due to personal family reasons, with his resignation effective August 7, 2026. The Board has accepted his resignation. Concurrently, Ms. Vidya Shankar has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 10, 2026. Ms. Shankar is an experienced Chartered and Cost Accountant with over 16 years of experience within the Saint-Gobain Group, having previously held significant roles in financial management and consolidation.
