Saint Gobain Sekurit India Ltd appoints Vidya Shankar as new CFO

Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Senthil Nathan Seetharama Gurukkal as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from the close of business hours on August 7, 2026. Concurrently, Ms. Vidya Shankar has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from August 10, 2026. Ms. Shankar is an experienced Chartered cum Cost Accountant with over 16 years of association with the Saint-Gobain Group, having held various finance leadership roles within the group.
