Sakthi Sugars Appoints R.Jeysree to Head Internal Audit

Sakthi Sugars Ltd announced that the Audit Committee and Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Smt.R.Jeysree, currently Manager - Costing, to head the Internal Audit Department (in-house) effective August 13, 2026. This change follows the retirement of Sri.P.Sankararaja Pandian, Sr. Vice President (Taxation & Internal Audit) on June 30, 2026. The board meeting also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the appointment of Sri.S.Chandrasekhar as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and the re-appointment of Sri.M.Balasubramaniam as Managing Director and Sri.M.Srinivaasan as Joint Managing Director.
