Sakthi Sugars Re-appoints M.Balasubramaniam as MD for 5 Years

Sakthi Sugars Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Sri.M.Balasubramaniam as Managing Director for a period of five years, effective from August 27, 2026, to August 26, 2031. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. The board also approved the appointment of Sri.S.Chandrasekhar as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and the re-appointment of Sri.M.Srinivaasan as Joint Managing Director for a similar five-year term without remuneration. Additionally, Smt.R.Jeysree has been appointed to head the Internal Audit Department.
