S.A.L. Steel Appoints Monika Goyal as Independent Director

S.A.L. Steel Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Monika Goyal as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Woman Director. The appointment is effective from August 14, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Goyal is a law graduate and a Fellow Company Secretary with over 12 years of experience in corporate law, FEMA, and general corporate matters. She has experience in multinational environments, focusing on board processes, regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks. She is not related to any existing directors and has not been debarred from holding a directorship by any authority.
