SAL Steel Declares Un-audited Standalone Q1 FY27 Results

S.A.L. Steel Ltd announced its un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee. The company also announced the appointment of Mrs. Monika Goyal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Woman Director) for a period of five years, subject to member approval.
