Sambandam Spinning Mills Appoints/Re-appoints 5 Non-Executive Independent Directors

Sambandam Spinning Mills Ltd announced changes in its board composition following its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 18, 2026. The company appointed or re-appointed five Non-Executive Independent Directors. S. Bhaskaran was re-appointed for a second term of three years. TCA Srinivasa Prasad and S.
