Sambandam Spinning Mills: Directors Reappointed at 52nd AGM

Sambandam Spinning Mills Ltd announced the reappointment and appointment of Non-Executive Independent Directors at its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 18, 2026. Sri S.Bhaskaran was reappointed for a second term of three years effective August 14, 2026. Other directors, TCA Srinivasa Prasad and S.Prakash, were appointed for their first term of three years effective from the conclusion of the AGM. Directors Dr.V.Sekar and D. Balasundaram completed their second and final term and ceased to hold office. All appointed directors are unrelated to existing management and not debarred from holding office.
